Appreciative Inquiry Model

As part of the initiation and planning phases, Advanced Transformational Technologies utilizes an Appreciative Inquiry and the Organization Performance Model to evaluate the values, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the organization.

Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a change management approach that focuses on identifying what is working well, analyzing why it is working well and then doing more of it.  Unlike a deficit-based approach, Appreciative Inquiry asks:  "what do we want more of"?  AI appreciates what is currently working well.  As a change management model, AI assumes that organizations grow in the direction of what they repeatedly ask questions about, and where they focus their attention drives results. 

The change management model has four stages:
